The AlleyTeens’ Affirmation Class will take place Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm, April 11th-May 16th. Our Affirmation Celebration Sunday will take place during morning worship on May 20th!
Parents, after prayerful consideration, if you and your Jr. High/Sr. High student feel they are spiritually ready to partcipate, please contact Dan Eggum at email@example.com.
Affirmation is a specific discipleship track through which Alley Teens make a public affirmation of their faith in Jesus the Christ.
Alley Affirmation is a 4 step discipleship journey.
one – study
Participants will meet with a mentor (an Alley Teens leader) in a small group for 5 weeks to study some key passages from the Bible.
two – profess
Participants will meet with Pastor Ben (or another spiritual leader from the Alley) to talk about their faith…what they believe and what it means to them.
three – share
Participants will share their faith story with the other Alley Teens. This will occur on Wednesday of the 6th week of the process.
four – celebrate
Participants will celebrate with the rest of the Alley community during worship on Affirmation Sunday.
